Don't mess with Jessie

Finally got some time to develop personal stuff, this was stuck in WIP since november 2019. The concept was inspired by Carrie after re-watching 1976 version. I thought it would be interesting to draw a girl with telekinesis creating a mess and fight with those people who try to stop her, everything floats!
